We return to the letter of 4 May, in which Mikey instructed his transfer agent to issue a certificate in the amount of 2 million shares to Andy Mann, with "no hold". Once again, Tree Story enters the picture. Why hasn't anyone bothered to try to confirm Mikey's account with him? He seems to me to be a potentially important witness. 3 Q. Okay. The restriction has been 6 lifted. So we know that certificate number 2119 is a 7 restricted certificate. And it doesn't say to free trade the 8 certificate. It doesn't -- the letter doesn't say it can be 9 free traded. All it says on that subject is hold. So what we 10 did is we transferred it onto the -- our letter and sent it 11 back to them. And then before we got it back he promised that 12 we -- 13 Q. Who promised? 14 A. Andy Mann promised he'd have $1 million to us. He even 15 called Tree Story at U.S. Bank on Green Valley and told -- 16 asked Tree Story for the routing number, bank number, 17 everything and told him that we were going to have the wire in 18 and he wanted to make sure everything was fine. 19 Q.
