Oh well finally, some explanations for the rupture of the RMC merger representation:

Regarding what JCNelson reported was said by Dave Williams, that the problem was a failure by PABN to put up $3 Million, John stated flatly, "That's not true." He declined to get into a "he said she said" discussion. But he did say that the shares were held in escrow ("primarily," I believe he qualified it) and that due to certain things discovered by PABN, the deal will NOT be closed. In short, it had BEEN ACQUIRED, BUT WAS NOT FGINALIZED AND WON'T BE.

So when is a door not a door? - when it's ajar. When is an acquisition not an acquisition? - When it is announced as one by John Schmitz it seems.

I wonder just what he meant by primarily? That the deal was for 300M shares and shares were primarily kept in escrow. Dave Williams only got 100M shares that he dumped in the float with the remainder being left in escrow?
