C.P. Wondering why this group of sharp business men would want a shell???

Seems like about, what 15 months ago there was a wanted shell so came FIRE, and took the assets in a stock swap over to it from NPEC. After that MDIN came in as a shell and they put the assets into MDIN from FIRE well kinda. See NPEC has way to much stock issued so somone did not have quite enough shares of the company yet with the transfer it seem that some fine folks ended up with lot's of shares. Most Pfrd in issue. Some from a PP. in the early going yet they were promised great things, So why a new shell? Would you think someone would want to sell that shell there Pfrd stock and it would give value to the shell? When is the date for sales to start of that prefered issue? would one need to sell it or just give it to a shell for stock in the shell? If so could the shell start issuing new stock out of that assett pool? from holding the pfrd. issue as a value within the shell? Now don't get messed up it's just a question. Heck it's part of a walnut game or grove of trees filled with shells.

Could a new shell end up with some of the holdings in a stock swap like was done to NPEC and the shareholders at that time? if so and the only ones who own the shell could sell some amount of shares off say 300,000 out of the total for a big price and if you wish to own what you had from value in the shell from the past you could buy stock in the new shell. Yet who would do that? So it could be that the new shell gets some of the assets of the old one in a stock swap deal where the rights of minerals currently not drilled are transfered over to the new shell. That is just a guess. It did happen in the past so why not do it again? A better question is who could stop such a action? answer no one! Heck just hold a special meeting and sell the assets over to xyz company. This way a large short posittion would never have to become covered in the first shell, and in time the stock would drop to little value in the first shell and the shorts could cover at say a penny or so. Just seems a little funny that some with so much would want to own a walnut grove! So this would bring us to the last question, Who would have such a big set of shell's?
