Questions....just for dd..... Partly on content from the header dated May 20 1998 2:43PM 1). What is the status of the SEC reporting. Read in the header post that this was supposed to occur last August. Any news since then? 2). What Are the current shares authorized, OS and in the float? 3). How were any of the prior numbers verified? 4). Who is charge? Distinguished management? Resumes? What are their compensation packages? (Didn't see any of this info on the website). How many options do they have? The info in a PR about Patrick Rost doesn't say who he previously worked for...any one know? The next set of questions are based on these observations.... Recently I was at a trade show where there were a number of kiosks being produced for a whole wide array of goods. Here are just a few other company's sitestouchenterntainment.com microtouch.com (Nasdaq: MTSI)factura.com displaysystemsintl.com infotouch.net cyber-cite.com touchkiosks.com montegonet.com windowkiosk.com This is a burgeoning market especially in tickets sales, retail sales and product support, and numerous other applications. A lot of markets to be tapped, a lot of competition. therefore... 4). How exactly is JNNE kiosk product and services different from the many other out there? (Many of the competitors products are pretty neat with touch face interaction, card swipes, video cameras , and even telephones for Internet telephony)..... 5). Does JNNE have a number of contracts in place for placement of their kiosks with transportation agencies (airports, train stations), vendors (products and retailers), and leasing agents (shopping centers and also at airports/train stations)? 6). Much of the content provider software for these kiosks limits Internet access to a vendor's site. The purpose of many of these kiosks is to direct traffic off-line to online locations. I have personally been looking into acquiring systems for a chain of facilities in public locations. The kiosks vendors I've spoken to have said that online e-commerce sites are helping offset the purchase cost of kiosks if these kiosks are used to direct traffic to their site. If this practice becomes more common place when online e-commerce use this as a means to attract eye balls and other brick and mortars extend their presence (as well as certain other product manufacturers) via this virtual marketplace, then what impact does this have on JNNE's business plan? 7). If kiosks are used like in the above question, doesn't banner advertising and website development takes precedence in kiosk locations, since people are being directed to specific sites with banner placements via filtered content? Anyway these questions are for all. I'll also email to the company and post the responses. Though I thought many others could help me out. Thanks. z
