Well JT. Now they have applied the ultimate censorship to that chat board at the PABN website. They vanished it. Bill Black deep sixed it. Oh well. In the immortal words of RocketMan: "It wasn't me." To all message board users: Due to the misuse and abuse by some users, the PanAmerican BanCorp message board has been disabled. The intention behind creating a message board directly on the BanCorp web site was not to provide another investor BBS, but to provide a forum where interested parties could exchange information and ideas about the company in a constructive manner. Some of you have intentionally abused this privilege. Some of you have demonstrated that you can not conduct yourselves in a civil, intelligent and mature manner. It is those of you who have ruined this opportunity for all. However, for those of you who are truly interested in a constructive exchange of information and ideas about the company, we will continue to explore other communication vehicles. That is another point that I should clarify,that I didn't remember at the time I was writing the info I found out from Dave.He did say all shares were returned to the company.So if now ,John says the in escrow than I have no reason not to believe him.....JMO JCNelson
