To all..Here is a place to put some of our profits from today: red-cross.org Also Americares, who already has planes headed to Kosovo. They are one of my favorite charities, based here in CT. Barbara Bush is the spokesperson, Elie Wiesel and Colin Powell are on the Board. Over 99% of donations go directly to the people who need them - not like many charities with high expenses. They have sent out urgent alerts for donations this week. americares.org

The Psychology of Panic.. There about 12 of you today that could not get into the website. As soon as subscribers saw that we were working very hard to make transition today as painless a possible, people panicked when they could not get in at first thinking the site was down or they were shut out. So far I've walked everyone through and re-registered a couple of you that had shorter passwords etc. or did not remember to use case sensitivity. Remember subscribers,, if there is something wrong with the website WE WILL BE THE FIRST TO KNOW. We have 5 computers in different areas accessing everything. We knew there was a problem on Sunday with the passwords. There is now nothing to fear but fear itself.. The site is pretty much perfect with all links working. But you must READ the INSTRUCTIONS.. Clear out YOUR CACHES, IF you need to close your brower or even reboot the computer. Take a shower to get off the computer soot (just kidding) DO NOT USE BOOKMARKS they won't work. And be patient since you have to enter your password and user name for both areas once a day (assuming you need to use the newsletter area daily). Above all, don't panic.. I sent out watch lists, call if we need to.. and whatever you do DON'T APOLOGIZE if you can't get in and need help. You are entitled to a smooth entry into the websites and secured areas. Thanks for your support. (I feel like an old Bartles & James commercial)..

NETG - thanks for the reply Jenna, I thought it looked a little tired today, but didn't put in that 5% stop (42 1/4) like I kept telling myself to. Been stopped out so many times only to see the stock go higher. I'm in at 38 so as long as it stays above that I'll hold or until I decide to buy something else instead. (should have put it in NTBK!!! <g>)
