NEWS RELEASE TRANSMITTED BY CANADIAN CORPORATE NEWS FOR: DYNAMIX CORPORATION ASE SYMBOL: DYX APRIL 16, 1999 Dynamix Corporation - Greasy Creek Gas Development Program Update CALGARY, ALBERTA--Dynamix Corporation (the "Company") is pleased to announce that production from its Greasy Creek gas development program in Kentucky has been doubled over the past 2 months and now stands at about 1 million cubic feet per day (25 percent to the Company). The addition of a parallel compressor to process the available well flow was recently completed after a period of observance to ensure against overworking the wells and risking watering them out. This period has passed and production at these rates is expected for some time. The Company should begin to see revenue, net of capital upgrades for the program, very shortly. On a corporate basis the Company would like to announce the resignations of Mr. Ken Murray as director, Mr. Randy Marshall as Vice-President and Mr. Richard LeBlanc as Executive Vice President. Mr. Murray and Mr. Marshall resigned to concentrate their efforts on prior commitments. Given the difficult nature of the oil and gas industry the Company appreciates their efforts in these times of austerity - at least for the short-term.
