Interesting extract, but I suggest to you that you can pick up any S-1 or other filing with the SEC and read all the gloom and doom you want. Did you ever take a look at the EXDS S-1? Pretty much the same words. I happen to agree that this is a competitive market, and ABOV may or may not survive. However to quote from an SEC filing which you know was designed to cover their butts in the event of a lawsuit is a little self-serving. Name any company, and I'll find you a quote from an SEC filing that casts a pall on its prospects. Such is the nature of full disclosure in these litigious days.
