To All. Re: Antaeus, etc. I will have the opportunity to meet with the Senior VP, Director, and Chief Technical Officer of Antaeus at the NHA meeting this week. On April 21 I shall be meeting with the CEO, Vice Chairman and President of Antaues in NYC. Sometime after that I shall visit with the Chairman in CA. Because of the confrontational tone of this message thread, (a tone I agree I contributed to and once fostered), I will not be making the content of these meetings public. What should be known to all concerning the rantings of one professed opportunist and slanderer, is that DCH can withstand the scrutiny of an SEC inquiry into their relationship with Antaeus. While not speaking for them, I can assure all that there is absolutely no impropriety, either real or imagined in their press release, in which they estimated $ 1,000,000 in revenue from the relationship. Also contained in the release, is the following statement, which shields them from this preposterous allegation; dch-technology.com Safe Harbor Statement under the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995: Statements in this news release looking forward in time involve risks and uncertainties, and actual results may be materially different.
