You could be right, only time will tell. But it also seems to me from talking with insiders that they believe BD is on the verge of a substantial turnaround. Next quarter earnings might be iffy (but hopefully at expectations), but by summer they should be enjoying some significant benefits from rationalization of Ryder, Cruise America, etc. I'm not saying the rumor isn't true, it's just that the bond issue and the insider view tend to suggest that the timing isn't ideal.
