I am not one to report on the latest gossip, however
keep an eye on freeedgar for the filing of form SB-2/A.
If you add Financial Intranet to your "watchlist" edgar
will E-Mail you when they post the SB-2/A.

For the significance of the SB-2/A - Refer to SI post
11420.

The Quiet Period may be coming to an end soon
"within days or weeks" and he noise level may increase
significantly.

Len....FNTN filed and SB-2 with the SEC in late February. Check this post for a summary: Message 8362805

IMO, the management of FNTN has been very methodical in their quest to move to a NASDAQ listing. Time will tell, but I feel the time is near.
