Jenna, email is a great upgrade. I wonder if it is possible
to have your SI alerts emailed. That way they could be directed
to email pagers. I am on the road all day. I am considering
a pager that also allows you to set your own alerts, but it is
expensive and has a limited number per month.

I found that it would run me like, 3k to have a notebook and
data capable cell phone and cell modem, and it would not get up to
even 28.8. - still have to work....

..ASND, ETEK (still holding DELL, MU,GE, INKT, LU, ELNK options) MU is an example of an earnings play that during the tug of war after the report didn't really land on its feet, but has been in an uptrend almost from the second day after the report.

Again what you should be learning from this is that about 95% of the time an earnings play that beats the street will ultimately have its surge. So far the only stock in the past 3 months that has not come through was GNSS, otherwise all of them had had a number of surges already.

ETEK.. upgraded before an earnings report not bad. Now if you will note

ASND (another earnings play) is exactly the 'anticipatory upswing' we are looking for in an earnings play in the large cap tech sector. it's the way you should play all the 'big ones' (i.e. GE,JBL,CMVT,SLR,ANF,CC,GPS etc) BEFORE and not holding through earnings:
