CYOE: Could this be a "donation" ...to the school? I seem to remember that they had several "non profit type" shareholders.....a Gluck Foundation....and a synagogue...along with the Mercedes dealership...

It would really be horrendous..if these guys have "control" over non-profit organziation funds....and they are using that "control" to buy CYOE stock....and manipulate the stock...via the organzation's cash...
hard to believe they would stoop that low..!.....

Andreini Discloses 10.5% Stake In Coyote Network Systems (CYOE)

(NewsTraders.com)-- Alan Andreini disclosed holding 1,107,560 shares of Coyote
Network Systems (CYOE), representing a 10.5% interest, in an original 13D filing
released by the SEC yesterday after market close.

Andreini previously was a director of Comdisco Inc. (CDO), but ceased to have
any trading authority over the accounts of Comdisco as of Dec. 11, 1998.

As reported, Comdisco filed on Jan. 12 to report ownership of a 6.6% stake in
Coyote, comprised of 708,400 shares.

He acquired the stake for investment purposes and currently has no extraordinary
plans for the company, according to yesterday's document.
