Quick question to the thread. Could I get a little bit of an explanation of what is meant by accretive and dilutive in reference to earnings from a new acquisition? I have only found very basic explanations, ie, accretive meaning additive to earnings. I have seen so many references that imply much more meaning. For instance, I often have seen the question of "when will an acquisition be fully accretive to earnings?" any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
