It always depresses me to look at other stocks that I have owned and sold. But, NAVR is a gamble on the wheel with almost all stops being a "double your money". If you bought 1000 shares today (right now) - you could lose $2000 over the rest of the week, but, the positive is, you could make $15K or more just as quick.

I guess all stocks are a gamble, but this one has a very large potential for high profit. People are selling, but they are not leaving, they are waiting to get back in again! I've done this myself! But, it is getting a little too close to news.

I'm going to make a few calls and I will let you know what I find out. It is nice to have a brother as a VP of a large brokerage house here in town. He gets more information out of the company.

In case some have forgotten, I did call the company and spoke with Cheney. I called him in Mid-January, and at that time, he said the filing with the SEC would within a month, but it took 45 days. But, he also said that the actual IPO would be within 2 months from that date. He also added that if market conditions were good, it might be sooner, and if they were bad, it might be longer. I'm sticking to my guns that the last week in April is the IPO date or maybe the first week in May...Not June.

But, news of the IPO date will move the base to $16-$18 (just my opinion)

Kaiser,
I think both Navarre management and the underwriter, Everen Securities have done a p!ss-poor job of promoting either Navarre and NetRadio...Whatever happened to the road show that's supposed to occur...or does that come after the S1a...or when..if ever???...Or is the QUIET PERIOD at work again????...(Works overtime for Navarre management, apparently, more than for any other company)...
