zurdo, I'm no expert on the steps necessary before this thing comes out, so maybe someone else can offer some help. That said, I do agree that the publicity, or lack there-of, is deafining. One question I do have for any IPO experts out there, is there any way of knowing once the SEC has replied to NAVR regarding the S1 filing?? Someone on another board implied you had to wait for NAVR to respond to the SEC with the S1A, but that seems weird because what if the S1A isn't necessary? Thoughts anyone?
