The S1 was pretty vague, that is why I personally feel a S1a is needed. Any other opinions?

Fact is the S1 has been filed, i.e. the ball is rolling. This is what longs are pointing out. It is THE event. At the same time they are discussing NetRadio's potential but also pointing out that management doesn't seem to be working to maximize shareholders value and bitching about it, pardon my french.

The other side of the coin is the fact that management has sold shares for profit, has cashed in on some shareholder unfriendly options. Posters point out that management is out for maximum personal gains, etc. This isn't really a surprise. Come on guys, that's a given. Isn't that what we're all out for.

It has also been pointed out that the "quiet period" around he S1 does not preclude minimal PR which would support an upwards trend of NAVR stock prices. Some posters have used this fact to call management incompetent. They should be doing more.

My view on the whole thing is simple: It has to be correct that these guys are out for personal gains, nobody kid themselves. This means balancing personal gains and company gains, with emphasis on personal. These guys are not idiots. Just put yourself in their shoes. If they wanted to cash in all their options, drive up prices around $15-$20 and dump, they surely could have by now (any regulatory restrictions preventing them from exercising more and selling than they have so far?). They surely have had the time to do it. This, coupled with the fact that no PR is coming from NAVR points to exactly the opposite of what posters have been reading into the silence. Something's abrewing.

I'm long and doubling up right now.
