Messengers of God who reveal prophesy do not claim they have predicted anything, they give full credit for the prophesy to a power beyond them self. It may seem that the power boyond them self is the final explanation. This can be studied. There are questions such as how does the information get from the power beyond to the prophet. It's easy to just stop and say God works in mysterious ways, but this can be studied. Actually information flow is quite the hot topic these days. The point I have made these last days is that such a transfer of information would be detectable. Now it would be possible for God to give Moses a hot tip and if nobody was looking, nobody would be the wiser. If God is working continously, leaving messages for some, healing the sick here and there, and he was doing so reliably, that is to say his actions were not mumbled into the noise, they would have been detected. It may be possible to overlook the odd miracle here and there but if there was an overall design and the necessary modifications of the quantum effects to push that design toward a goal then it could be measured. It hasn't been. TP (summary - you can't have goal oriented activity in a non-deterministic universe without side effects which are at least twice as large as the underlying uncertainty).
