Sword, so why are you still here if you don't trust Gordon or believe in his leadership?????? I question your motives here more than Gordon.

I don't care how much Gordon get paid or don't get paid as long as he can deliver. So far (from last of 1998 to now) I believe he is delivering and I like what I see. Isn't it under his leadership that he has positioned TSIG with all these deals for explosive revenue and profit growth? If you don't believe in him at this point, GET OUT .

Per your own words....

"...I'm not so sure that I can agree. When did Mr. Gordon last have 40% beneficial ownership? That information and the use of certain holdings last year to collateralize a loan which he then made to the company needs to be clearly outlined for all to see and understand. It's truly clouded in very complex wording and timing of events that are anything but precise...."

All the more reason to get an explanation before being so prolix.

Guess I did have to raise you as an issue again with this following question.....

Are you manic depressive?

Hypster one week, basher the next, hype, bash......

Though I don't disagree with the gist of your position
on compensation, you again are swinging to extremes in the
language you choose.

This isn't "objectivity"....
You haven't spoken with Gordon....
You haven't met the man....
You don't know completely what hasn't been
presented to shareholders.
Plus by your own admission, the wording of the 10-k
is "..very complex wording and timing of events that are anything but precise..."

So why don't you get on the phone with Gordon and address these issues to him directly after Marty, or independently from Marty, and
report back to the thread what Gordon told you.

That would be the less churlish thing to do.

Sincerely,

z (spelling not checked)
