Hang in there. We're all proud of you. From my own personal experience, the hardest times after you've quit are two to three weeks down the line, when your lungs are healing themselves nicely and you're in 'social situations' or other places/habits/whatever where you used to smoke. My solution was to take sweet tarts with me and try to make each one last as long as possible. May sound stupid, but it worked, and gave my hands/mouth something to do when I was drinking with friends and used to having that cig.

It's one day at a time, KG. Each day, I'm practicing not to

smoke cigs and getting better at it every day.

And at the end of each trading day that I didn't sell my

AOL, I'm the better man for it.

FWIW, months before 3 splits ago, I bought 100 AOL @36...

the rest is herstory...or so they say.

Good luck to you Young Man...ask for any help from your

good friends on this board, hear?

Nitey nite...//dom
