Maybe the Irish conflict should have been settled with missiles!

Why don't we also interfere in India, Pakistan, Tibet and China where atrocities occur between different peoples or sects often with government support? (we can't play bully?)

I just don't get this either: it's not an atrocity to kill a million Iraqi children, to kill innocent civilians. Being remote from the conflict seems to appease our consciences. Murder is murder whether by the knife or from 200 yards with a rifle.
