The Hugos (as I'm sure you know) are the fen choices for annual best read while the Nebulas are the SF writers choices. Nebulas IMHO tend to be somewhat more literary in their emphasis while Hugos are just plain great reads (ie good plots). The comments from Amazon's reader reviews are also very funny and enlightened. In fact I like the reader reviews almost as much as letters to the editor of Car & Driver which for some reason are one of the funniest things written anywhere.
