I've been thru 2 acquisitions - Once as the acquirer and currently as the acquiree so let me tell you... What people DON'T say is just as important as what is said. It's common sense, if the rumors are not true then officials are more than happy to deny and clear things up. I saw it happen here at Newcourt Capital 4 times... Good luck, Dave
