24601. I guess my question would be why would Wave get $23 million in a private placement and then $100 million from HP? Why not $123 million from HP? HP can certainly afford it.

That said, it is clear that Wave needs more money to launch EMBASSY. My next question would be about dilution. 5 million shares @ $20 wouldn't be bad.

The thing I find interesting about the press release is that the investment by HP is with an existing partner, a "latest alliance from HP and a key partner." That certainly narrows down the field. So does the e-commerce aspect. "Application-integration" though would be a new phrase for Wave.
