Government initiated mass murder by itself, is something I believe is enough to warrant intervention when we can. My problem with this situation is the way in which it is being handled, not our attempt to stop it. We should have been much more prepared and much more concise about our plans and our intentions. Now that Clinton has blown the initial phase, it's going to be much much harder of a problem to solve. Everything has been destroyed and there isn't anything for the refugees to go back to,,, if they even want to go back. Would you want to expose your family to the risk of Milosevic's word? Now we should make it an absolute must to end the bombing that Milosevic himself been given up to be put on trial for crimes against humanity. WE, the US, should take charge of the situation.... but Clinton only seems to be doing this half hearted...

Seems as though you like to use the term "rapists", "thieves" throughout your emotionally rambling postings here. Maybe you should investigate the events that lead up to this. The KLA and KLA supporting Kosovo Albanians that silently terrorized, slaughtered, raped the minority Serbian population for decades in an attempt to expell them. Also remember Serbian land ownership is 70% versus 30% Albanian. Geo-nationalism vs. ethnic-nationalism. Serbians have every right to fight for land this is rightly theirs!

Yes, he has acheived this lofty Serbian goal! But, without NATO's attempt to rescue the Kosovos, Serbia would've totally gotten away with these atrocities, AND would have been able to do the same thing to other minorities within Yugoslavia AND to other countries.
