RM.....Great post. I agree. It is obvious to us all what Arif is all about. He has no intention of turning this company around. All he's concerned about is ways to swindle the investor out of their cash. He has never addressed one issue pertaining to the many lies distributed to the investing public this past year. Not once. This CEO has proven time and time again that he is inept and incompetent and plans to bilk the public until someone stops him. That's the reality of the situation. He cowers behind lawyers and new hire. Why do you think this company has such a high turnover rate? I think we all know the answer to that. We all know what's going to happen with the proxy votes and individual shareholders investments.

Management touts that a reverse will stimulate institutional investment. WRONG. What money manager will put their clients in this mess? Noone who wants to keep their job, that's who. This reverse will be done solely to squash existing shareholders and will be a vehicle to issue more shares to unsuspecting investors over and over again. Arif will issue himself more preferred stock which will be converted to common and then sold to many unwary investors. Will that money ever reach the company? Well, from past experience it appears that none of the money from stock sales ever made it back to the company so why would this be any different. So the company and shareholders suffer, while Arif lines his pockets with investors hard earned cash.

Perhaps they have the name misspelled. My broker has it listed as "Firamanda" --- with an "n" you see.

Bob....Can you expand on your statement from the SEC that stated, "According to our records, Firamada, Inc. is not a publicly traded company". If this is true, what are the ramifications? Thanks.
