Ideas for discussion: 1) Mike states there is more than one Wellrich. After all the time spent fighting them, is he wrong? 2) What was the purpose of the expert witness examining different documents to verify that they are indeed different? Was anyone disputing that one issued a month later per the dates on the document was meant to be the same one? If so, who?

Humble question, Janice, how exactly DID "they show up on the Internet even though they're not registered certificates?" As is so often, and so regrettably, the case, Mikey failed to make himself absolutely clear. The list of names of shareholders in question "showed up on the Internet" as 144 filings reported by Yahoo Finance, drawn from information coming from Edgar Online, which, of course, gets its material from the SEC. But we all know that the SEC is just another online chimera... As for Mikey's copier: apparently it's a large multitasking color copier. It can print in both color and b/w, and do a number of other things.

Speaking of things that are "all over the Internet", what about all those references to poor Bruce Judd? Who on this thread do we imagine posted more frequently than anyone else about Judd? That's right! Spidey. Remember all that stuff he said about how I was "in bed with Judd and Andy Mann", and then how he and Hogger tried to tie Judd not only to Mann but also to WellRich? None of it true, of course. Someone really shoulda asked him about this while he was on the stand.
