1) Mike states there is more than one Wellrich. After all the time spent fighting them, is he wrong? I don't think "wrong" is precisely the word I'd apply to much of Mikey's testimony. He doesn't appear to be very critical of WellRich, does he? Nothing at all about ripped-off pensioners and brutal telemarketing techniques. 1 Q. And then we have a company called Wellrich, right, and I 2 believe you testified that you're in some sort of Wellrich as 3 well? 4 A. Not that Wellrich, no. There's two Wellriches. 5 Q. There was no problem at all with the introduction between 6 Mr. Kricfalusi and of this particular Wellrich. They did 7 everything they were supposed to do, correct? 8 A. Correct. 9 Q. They were supposed to do a private placement for you but 10 in fact that never happened? 11 A. They started the private placement. Did quite well when 12 the stock was 3 and seven eights. That's $3.82. Oh my! I really wish we had Spidey here to comment on this.
