Yes, Walt is quite right. When I lived in the north next to the
Stall Lake mine there was a lot of fools gold in the waste.
Not worth anything to the company but sure pretty and easy to
sell to the tourists for fancy paperweights, mineral samples,
etc. No large company can be bothered with these small byproducts
but if you take your Saturdays and rummage around you can make
a few bucks selling to the rock shops, etc.
