NOVL price drop

Due to routine post Brainshare profit taking, due to rotation of profits out of NOVL into other companies (as in where do I get the money to buy INTC, I take it from my profits in NOVL), and due to speculators creating rumors about NOVL's fundamentals so they can get the price low enough to cover their shorts.

The fundamentals at NOVL remain the same.

Most software stocks are dropping because analysts are issuing warnings about lower earnings due to Y2K preoccupation on the part of clients. In other words, supposedly customers are spending all their budgets on Y2K fixes. Firms such as Compuware say this is not the case, but nevertheless Merrill Lynch came out today with just such a warning.

We may also be seeing the start of a major correction. If so, hopefully it will have subsided just in time for NOVL's announcement of earnings in early May. The fundamentals for NOVL have not changed. The market is in flux.

IMO. Hope this helps. This is a buying opportunity if there ever was one!
