A good attorney can use Spiders/Gary's ramblings for the last year or so to prove diminished capacity. Taken his rantings and delusional statements all over SI as well as the letters he's sent to the SEC, the FBI and now in his own court testimony (refering to the shorting of the fictional group FBN'ers and most importantly, Janice Shell and Jeffery Mitchell) could prove quite useful for a few months stay in a white room. I've seen defendents with less than this get hauled off to the little white room. PB
