Yes, it will bring in a lot of capital. Digital River (DRIV) came out with an additional offering just as ABOV is doing. The stock soared after the offering and is up 50% or more since the offering. I like the Brokerage houses handling the offering. They will make certain the stock price does not adversely affect current stockholders. This additional offering will be a big plus long term. My only question is why they announced the split and then the offering. LONG & happy. Bill
