Good Morning Lance & Everyone, Well, I finally finished a thorough "due diligence" on JNNE. It took me approximately 4 weeks to complete do to other committments. I used 12 of my most reliable sources to help me through the process and culminated my research with long conversations yesterday with Joe Naughton and Patrick Rost. My apologies to those JNNE shareholders that requested me to do this that it took such a long time but I wanted to be as thorough as possible. First, let me thank Joe Naughton and Patrick Rost for returning my calls and giving me so much of their valuable time. I spoke with Joe for approximately 45 minutes between 3:00-3:45 P.M. E.D.T.. He had to put off about 6 or 7 people during that time frame. If you happened to be one of those people I owe you an apology too. Patrick was also good enough to give me about 30 minutes of his time. Upfront I will start by saying this. We rate the current situation a very good buy short term and a very strong buy long term. I am not going to clutter this thread with a long-winded dissertation but will just try and touch on a few highlights for now. Those of you that would like a more detailed report can E-Mail me and I will be glad to provide my number so that I can fill you in more in detail. Let's start with this. We can look for a press release this morning somewhere around 11:00-11:30 E.S.T.. It will touch on two entirely different topics. One of the topics addressed will be to do with the pending lawsuit. Joe did tell me that it is "an unquestionablly winning case". They are suing for $64 million and he wanted to clarify to me that he at no time stated that they would be willing to settle for $6 million as stated previously on the Internet. It very well could be significantly more and that will be decided at the proper time by he and his law team. I don't invest in a company just because there is a good chance that they will win a pending lawsuit nor should you, but it is a nice "ace in the hole". This release will be followed by an even more significant release that could be in the "blockbuster" category within a short time period. JNNE will be a "fully reporting" company by the year 2000. All papers to SEC, etc. are being readied at this time. This will truly add a well-respected air of credibility to many investors. I think I learned quite a bit about the KIOSK business yesterday. I would suggest that everyone take the time to talk to Joe about the business plan concerning this part of the business. IMO, it is absolutely brilliant and there is much more to it than many could even visualize at this time. Suffice to say, there is something alot bigger awaiting JNNE by positioning themselves at this time. Please take the time to research this and I believe you will see what I mean. BTW, they are now hiring more personnel at this time because of what is about to happen in that field. I think I was most impressed with the GoOn-Line division of this company. Joe and Pat both told me that they will be on-line and taking orders by May 15th. They are aggresively marketing this venture and I truly believe that he has hit gold in this respect. I have to agree that this will be the way to do your home shopping in the new millenium. I really found Joe to be a man of great foresight and a very shrewd businessman. I have always been impressed with the fact that Joe is the type of CEO that is able to recognize mistakes and move on to better things. I, personally. will be buying this morning. I wish I could personally take a larger position but I am not as liquid as I would like to be. However, my sources that I use for my "due diligence" will be investing in a big way. We wrapped up phone conversations well after midnight last night. They, like myself, are investors and do not have a short-term mentality. When investing in a BB stock it sometimes takes nerves of steel to keep this mentality on volatile price swings but the rewards of patience when you happen upon a sound management team with a good business plan will win out in the long run. I hope I have been of help and again this is just a brief outline. Those of you that would like to talk more in detail please feel free to get hold of me. "Grupo Brad" giles@erinet.com
