wallstreeter, what is the meaning of "prinmting shares" in this case, do they have some convertible instruments that allows printing shares? Why else would they print shares? Furthermore, for them to print shares which are sold to the public they have to file either an S-3 or an S-8 or whichever registration statement they need, you cannot sell to the public unregistered shares. Is there a registration statement with the SEC under which this printing is done? Zeev
