The rules changed yesterday for issuing free floating shares, now the easy way is 1 year hold shraes as per SEC rules but I think the number is 504. So, shares rule change and mean that much more paperwork must be done. Maybe that had something to do with it.
Chuca - heck of a range today, I can't trade in that...no one can...sitting for a while.
