Three fundamental questions:

First, can anyone tell me if the co. has ever followed through on its plans to reissue all of its stock with a different CUSIP number?

I just now started looking at this co., and I noticed in the news releases last summer that they announced an intention to do this, but I was unable to find anything in the news releases or filings to tell me whether it had actually happened, or whether the plan has been dropped.

Second, does this stock really have a market cap of $66 M?

Looking at the filings, it seems the shares out has grown tremendously to 66 M shares.

At $1 per share, that $66 M. When I looked at that market cap, and then I looked at the financial statements, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Such a high market cap for a tiny co. with negative working capital, few assets, miniscule revenues, extensive related-party transactions, and unnamed auditors?

Third, what sort of products is the co. selling that gives it a gross margin of 410%? That's what the latest 10Q shows: $536 k of sales with cost of sales of only $11 k. Who are the co.'s customers?
