FWIW, I did contact the Philly and the Company and neither were definitive but each pointed to the first part of the 3rd quarter and as a likely start date for the VWAP. I suspect there is a good margin of error. I have to pinch myself every time I realize that I am able to buy this internet stock at 1/3 of its IPO price. I wonder how it would have gone if it IPO'd today with SEC approval in its pocket and same year start date for its alternative system, plus a maturing Gomez and now a NEXTEXCHANGE (!!!!) not to mention a host of other things. This is truly a special situation, one I am not sure I deserve, but one I will appreciate deeply and will put to good use. Best Regards
