Rob:

I have to pinch myself every time I realize that I am able to buy this internet stock at 1/3 of its IPO price.

FWIW, ASTN closed below its IPO price on 4/7/99. IPO was on May 3, 1996. Unit IPO was $4.75 = 1 share at $4.50 and 1 warrant at $ .25. I was there. Shortly afterwards, ASTN traded at 3X IPO and ASTNW made it to ~ $9. At least I was able to pay for my initial expenses and a new computer with a partial sale.

Ah yes, glory days. Since then, long, and not so glorious, times and strange bed fellows have hung around ASTN like an albatross. Now I wonder if someone is manipulating this so as to call the warrants and generate some quick cash before folding. I guess I've heard the story of the technology, and the cash cow that it will be (if ever it gets implemented) too often. Hope it works out, as I'm still long some warrants and a few K shares (from the IPO).
