There is no ratio.

I am not really asking for anything other than a general number here. Or even a range, say 2 to 3, if you wish. Day to day I am sure that number when calculated exactly will fluctuate. But if you were to plot it (if you could truly know it), then I expect that it would look something that would mostly be above 2 due to the trading between MM's.

I am curious why you are citing extreme cases here as this is not relevant to a stock like PABN that is trading 10's of millions a day. Or do you want to argue that the volume numbers for PABN are 100% non-MM to non-MM trades? You and Barbara know better than that.
