Coach Knight,

"if you do not understand why they HAVE TO BRING IT DOWN prior to the
secondary, then you have no business trading..."

Why do shorters have to tell other people what business they should or should not be in? My financial future is secure and I don't have to lie or attempt to scare people to earn a buck. All stocks do not go down before a additional offering. While your Alex Brown, Banker, credentials impress me to no end, I won't be asking for your investment advice. By the way, if the offering was at $77 I would still be up over $ 50 per share. Insults and misrepresentations may make you a few dollars. Your post certainly won't provide much room for friends so you will need your money.

It is close to secondary offering time and I did not forget this post you made. Still looking for a secondary offering price of $77?

My guess is probably not. So, do we have business trading?

We will also take under advisement your professional opinion that ABOV's revenues will not grow as fast as I suggested. We'll keep in mind your rate of 20% for quarterly sequential growth of revenues after reaching the $10-$12 million plateau, which will be reached in the second quarter of FY 2000, at worst. We will also remember that you have offered little reason why you think this to be the case besides screaming competition from phantom companies and INTC, who has yet to even build one facility and has no experience in this business. In fact, you offer virtually nothing for your reasoning of any issue you bring up.
