Robin,

Your opening sentence is absolutely correct "I have some not good news about Kubota". If you had said
Paracelsian instead of Kubota I would of had to disagree. Kubota's sin was price fixing pipe prices of which they
are a major manufacturer. I think three top officers were indicted and the company president resigned.

IMO there probably is good reason for Paracelsian investors to be concerned but at the moment mostly from a
PR point of view than financial. I have seen nothing that would indicate that Kubota could not continue to be the
sole distributor of the Ah Immunoassay kits in Japan. Even though Kubota has been banned from the
incinerator clean up it appears there isn't any restriction on the selling of the kits. It would seem to me that the
companies that will be able to participate in the bidding would want to use a proven technology in addition to a
significant Yen savings.

I also have to believe that Paracelsian's top management is working on this problem to get it resolved as soon
as possible. I for one still have complete confidence in our management and I'm sure they will work things out
to our companies advantage. A solution might not be reached as quickly as we would like but don't forget it
isn't easy trying to deal with a company that has no permanent president.

All for now Robin, just don't forget that this is the same company that it was a month ago, maybe even better.

Harold
