I appreciate Xybernaut's acknowledgement that the warrants aren't necessarily worthless. Though Xybernaut's communications with on-line traders is unnecessarily rare, the tiny indications sourced from inside the house are always quietly optimistic.

There should be no expectations of 'internut' style growth with Xybernaut stock prices or product sales volumes, but I do believe there is still a real chance for warrants to solidly rebound by expiration. I just wish I had the constitution to own warrants in such a terrifying information vacuum.

Thanks for the Raging Bull update.

Shoe.

Latest on 1Q99 report

I also received the following from Mr. Heybroek regarding the 1Q99 report:

Dear Mr. Fischofer,

I would like to issue first quarter 1999 today. However, given the
delay on the year end I think you could appreciate that would be next to
impossible. It is a company objective to commence reporting of our
results to our shareholders on an expedited basis. This will be
accomplished during 1999. I personally trust that we will be able to
release before May 15, 1999. Afer getting "burned" with the 1998
release, I am somewhat reluctant to provide a date.
I do, however, want to let you know that we all want the release to
occur on a more timely basis and will work in that direction as quickly
as possible.

Thank you for your comments.

Sincerely,

Maarten R. Heybroek
