Well, the 265M number I have seen and have posted about this as being the number of shares in the float (3 weeks ago) #reply-8529771, this number was supplied to us via a phone conversation Barbara had with John Schmitz. However, shortly following this in a statement made by John Schmitz he mentioned 250M as the number in the float, personally, I tend to think he rounded the "real number" as publicly he seems to use nonexact wording. So, for this reason, I like the number Barbara was able to extract.

Soooo, knowing that John Schmitz uses "evasive" wording (read his public statements), it is reasonable to assume that when he said 20% he was not necessarily being exact rather than rounding (16%-20% range). And since he also "rounded" to the number of 250M shares in the float (recent statement) it might be reasonable to use the 20% (rounded) figure on it. Which does yield 1.25Billion vs the 1.1Billion we hear from the TA. This number, however large a difference it appears to the shareholder is within reason for "rounding". So, I conclude that the 1.1Billion figure stand until better confirmation is supplied.

I think you are getting authorized shares and outstanding shares mixed up here.
