The total outstanding is 684 million

The estimated float is 250 -265 million

Authorized is 1.1 billion.

Ok, now I'm getting confused between these last two posts of yours. I follow your math, of 20% (again let's assume rounding) and let's let the 1.1Billion shares Authorized stand (for reasons of rounding), and that gross number of outstanding shares (820M to 1.1Billion) is approximately an increase of 50% (shocking but accurate (rounded)). That leaves insiders holding 20% which should be approx 220Million of the current figure, which would suggest that 180Million have been sold of the original 400Million held by insiders. If this is true, then something does not add up as....

Currently the Company has 540,000,000 million shares issued and
outstanding. Approximately 70% of these shares are restricted leaving
162,000,000 shares in the float.

70% of the shares were reported to have been restricted. Can we equate how many have come off of restriction from this information? It's late for me and I'm off for the night, if somebody else wants to calculate this, feel free.
