Well Kevin,

having watched other Internet IPOs from stocks which had much much less going for them than IDT (like DBCC) and from the recent price rise without any solid news, and the 150M loan from Lehman and Oppenheimer and from the fact that AB, MS and H and Q are all in a quiet period on IDT signifying that they are underwriters...

And the fact that many analysts are just waiting for the IPO announcement to upgrade, and from the likelihod that we have 2 huge corporate investors, one of whom is likely AOL or Softbank, etc., I find it hard to believe that this will not be well over 40 before actual spinoff/IPO.

What really did it for me was the big price rise yesterday with no news (and the fact that we held it today)--clearly the market is beginning to perceive IDT as an Internut IPO stock.

Also we have a low float, heavy volume, large insitutional ownership and a large short position.

Kevin

If IDTC gets to 30 and you have doubled your money, why not sell half and let the profit ride? The best of both worlds.
