Mile High your theory is all wet! The value CERATINLY has increased by the receipt of COLD HARD CASH - WORKING CAPITAL by the corporation.

e.g. your example: 10M shares @ $100 = $1.0B

therefore 14M shares @ $100 = $1.4B The company is the SAME $1.0B company we had above PLUS $0.4B in ADDITIONAL CASH.
