Can you give me any details on networking, ATM chips? current networking customers? (NN, CSCO...) With these markets growing exponentially with buildout of broadband, potential is immeasurable.

Glad to see you mention this. The whole SEA economy did much sink the
techs last year. Its only right that their stocks and earnings benefit
from a recovery this year.

.....improvement made in the Japanese economy.

One thing not mentioned yet, the one time gain from selling the stock
that LSI acquired in the Buy-back. Probably a double or better, by the
time they get around to selling.
