The statement concerning the spin-off was definitely confusing. IDCN will essentially be taking a piece of it's current structure and turning it into an entirely new publicly traded company. The spin-off will be in the form of a stock dividend to existing shareholders. This spin-off should not be dilutive. The existing share base of IDCN will remain the same, but what it represents will be different. If you are an existing IDCN shareholder you will receive an automatic dividend. There are still parts of this transaction that aren't clear, but hopefully we will know the particulars sooner rather than later. GG
