Cameron...I know that...I've read the Registration document at least four times - from page 1 to the end.

what I was asking was how many shares of RCI are on the market, i.e.....what's RCI's market cap? How much of a windfall is it really? Let's say RCI's market cap is $4Billion. Then a $40M windfall on BII gives them a 1% increase in share value. So, whats RCI's market cap?
