It would take the ARMY 2 1/2 months just to type a letter to RECOMMEND the change.

Being a old time marketer to the DoD, I can assure that you are being conservative. In fact, I have never seen the Army CANCEL any order for IT equipment. It just isn't done.

Sun contends that the order was cancelled. They did not make reference to the time frame needed for the cancellation, and neither did I.
